Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Territory & Account Management:
  • Cover a defined territory (geographic, product, industry, or customer segment).
  • Sell directly or via partners in areas without existing sales coverage.
  1. Lead Generation & Opportunity Management:
  • Utilize inbound and outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
  • Manage accounts through the complete sales process.
  • Understand customer needs and uncover additional opportunities.
  1. Product & Solution Expertise:
  • Gain deep knowledge of Oracle product offerings and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and present comprehensive solution proposals.
  1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Conduct onsite presentations with C-level executives.
  • Negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to maximize sales.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams (business development, consulting, support) to deliver value to customers.
