Job Description
- Actively involved in outdoor marketing and field sales to drive membership and client engagement.
- Responsible for coordinating events and promotions to boost club visibility and lead generation.
- Attend incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to potential leads and prospects.
- Maintain flexible work hours, with a willingness to work extended hours when required.
- Expected to work on weekends, aligning with the operational needs of the club.
- Focused on generating quality leads through outdoor campaigns and follow-ups.
- Accountable for meeting assigned sales targets through effective prospecting and conversions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and lead conversion to increase memberships and revenue.
- Operate and manage the club's software tools for lead tracking, reporting, and communication.
- Handle the pre-sales activities of the club, which includes executing marketing strategies using flyers, inserts, and other outdoor materials.
