Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the franchise and ensure smooth functioning
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the Branch Manager
- Ensure Pre-Counseling Preparedness (PCP) in accordance with company standards
- Maintain personal grooming and presentation as per SOP guidelines
- Follow all procedures for enquiry management and booking as outlined in the SOP manual
- Handle customer enquiries via walk-ins, telephone, emails, city PSAs, and travel agents
- Provide customers with comprehensive product and pricing details to support informed decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with city PSAs and travel agents (TAs) to generate and convert leads
- Meet the defined query turnaround time (TAT) as per SOP
- Initiate telesales follow-up calls to drive sales closures and booking conversions
- Coordinate with the service/delivery team to ensure a seamless post-sales experience
- Maintain customer satisfaction levels at 95% or above throughout the engagement cycle
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and systems in day-to-day activities
