Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive the acquisition and relationship management of salary accounts by onboarding employees from corporate tie-ups, ensuring superior service delivery, cross-selling relevant banking products, and ensuring adherence to compliance norms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salary Account Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Drive sourcing of new salary accounts from assigned corporate clients.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new joinees to explain salary account features and digital offerings.
  • Ensure timely and error-free account opening and activation.

2. Relationship Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for salary account holders.
  • Build and manage relationships with key HR personnel of corporate clients.
  • Engage regularly with account holders to ensure stickiness and usage.

3. Cross-Selling Bank Products

  • Promote and sell relevant banking products such as:
  • Credit cards
  • Personal loans
  • Fixed deposits
  • Mutual funds and insurance
  • Achieve monthly sales and cross-sell targets.

4. Customer Service & Retention

  • Resolve queries related to salary credits, debit cards, net banking, and mobile banking.
  • Proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Minimize account dormancy and attrition through regular engagement.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all customer documentation is complete and complies with KYC/AML norms.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and follow internal processes meticulously.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred
  • Experience: 1–3 years in BFSI sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel locally for corporate visits
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
