Job Description
Job Purpose
To drive the acquisition and relationship management of salary accounts by onboarding employees from corporate tie-ups, ensuring superior service delivery, cross-selling relevant banking products, and ensuring adherence to compliance norms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salary Account Acquisition & Onboarding
- Drive sourcing of new salary accounts from assigned corporate clients.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new joinees to explain salary account features and digital offerings.
- Ensure timely and error-free account opening and activation.
2. Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact for salary account holders.
- Build and manage relationships with key HR personnel of corporate clients.
- Engage regularly with account holders to ensure stickiness and usage.
3. Cross-Selling Bank Products
- Promote and sell relevant banking products such as:
- Credit cards
- Personal loans
- Fixed deposits
- Mutual funds and insurance
- Achieve monthly sales and cross-sell targets.
4. Customer Service & Retention
- Resolve queries related to salary credits, debit cards, net banking, and mobile banking.
- Proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Minimize account dormancy and attrition through regular engagement.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all customer documentation is complete and complies with KYC/AML norms.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and follow internal processes meticulously.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in BFSI sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel locally for corporate visits
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
