Role & responsibilities

• Collection Resolution of delinquent accounts of the branch to achieve the monthly target.
• Visiting the customers and providing daily update to supervisors
• Tracing of skip /migrated customers
• Collection of Bounce & penal Charges
• Coordinating with the dealers and customers

Preferred candidate profile

• 9months 1 year experience in group collections
• Hsc/Graduation
