We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our solar and battery sales initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically within the renewable energy sector, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the solar and battery market.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar technology and battery storage solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
