We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our solar and battery sales initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically within the renewable energy sector, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the solar and battery market.
- Identify and engage potential clients, building long-term relationships to increase market share.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of solar technology and battery storage solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
