Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving the business revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their industry position.
  • Generate leads and identify sales opportunities for both new and existing markets.
  • Expand business geographically and increase share from current key accounts.
  • Develop new key accounts and grow business relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client budgets and accurately identify their needs.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction as reflected by Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Provide timely support, service, and after-sales assistance to clients.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups from customers.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic planning.
  • Reconnect and revive relationships with former clients.
  • Mentor, guide, and drive performance within the sales team.
