We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Nagasandra, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven ability to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the real estate market
• Manage the sales team and provide training and mentorship to drive performance
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client relationships

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate
• Strong understanding of the real estate market in Bangalore
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
