Job Summary:
The Sales Manager I/II will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, driving account growth and revenue through strategic planning, performance analysis, and effective relationship management. This role demands a high level of ownership, strong communication, and a keen ability to analyze data and market trends to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges
- Develop and execute account strategies to overcome client challenges and meet business objectives
- Conduct regular face-to-face business reviews with clients to discuss performance and growth opportunities
- Track and analyze account performance, sales funnel data, and market trends
- Drive growth for newly onboarded partners by improving their operational health and metrics
- Deliver incremental revenue from assigned clients through monetization and commercial strategies
- Increase counter share across accounts through strategic market planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, ensuring high Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure service excellence
- Identify, approach, and onboard new potential clients by presenting a compelling value proposition
