Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Salary: 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Experience Required: 4 to 5 years

Industry: Hospitality (Star-category hotel experience preferred)

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in hotel sales, preferably in a 3-star or higher rated property.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic hospitality CRM tools.
