Sales Manager - Home Loans

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 9 HDB team members, including recruitment, training, and guiding them in sourcing home loan business.
• Achieve home loan targets for the assigned area, branches, and internal/external channels by driving team productivity to benchmark levels.
• Ensure month-on-month achievement of cross-sell targets including insurance, CASA, and credit cards.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent business inflow.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
