Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors/agents.
  • Train, motivate, and develop advisors to achieve business targets.
  • Drive sales of life insurance products through the agency channel.
  • Support advisors in customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Conduct joint field visits and sales meetings with advisors.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and persistency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Desired Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, insurance, banking, BFSI, or team handling.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and manage a sales team.
  • Target-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Local market knowledge is preferred.
