Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects, understanding their industry positioning, and generating qualified leads.
  • Approach potential clients and deliver compelling presentations that outline the benefits and scope of Spectro's testing services.
  • Establish contact, build relationships with prospects, and recommend tailored testing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through consistent support, accurate understanding of their requirements, and proactive communication.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare quotes and estimates, and secure first-time and repeat orders.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and after-sales support to clients.
  • Follow up for timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor mapping to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Re-establish and revive business relationships with dormant or former clients.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA with 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably from infrastructure or construction-related industries (e.g., construction chemicals, waterproofing, doors, building materials).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales team of a testing laboratory is desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
