Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects, understanding their industry positioning, and generating qualified leads.
- Approach potential clients and deliver compelling presentations that outline the benefits and scope of Spectro's testing services.
- Establish contact, build relationships with prospects, and recommend tailored testing solutions to meet client needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through consistent support, accurate understanding of their requirements, and proactive communication.
- Negotiate terms, prepare quotes and estimates, and secure first-time and repeat orders.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and after-sales support to clients.
- Follow up for timely payments and collections.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor mapping to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Re-establish and revive business relationships with dormant or former clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA with 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably from infrastructure or construction-related industries (e.g., construction chemicals, waterproofing, doors, building materials).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales team of a testing laboratory is desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
