Job Description
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to Promote and sell high-ticket Ophthalmic products to healthcare professionals and institutions across Gujarat. The role involves managing relationships with existing clients (e.g., ophthalmologists), cross-selling products, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell high-ticket optical and surgical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Identify and target new clients to expand the customer base within Gujarat.
- Leverage market insights to cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals.
- Conduct regular visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Market Research and Planning:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create detailed territory plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of Gujarat.
- Reporting and Coordination:
- Track and report sales performance and client feedback to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Science or Medicine
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or high-ticket products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Gujarat market and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
