Sales Manager

• Age between 25 to 35 years
• Graduate with Minimum years of experience – 3 yrs in Metros 
• Strong retail sales/distribution experience, preferably from the financial sectors

·        Past record of motivating others towards achievement of ambitious targets and attaining higher levels of performance will be an added advantage.

• Strong Leadership qualities and ability to coach and mentor others.
• Localities preferred who are conversant with local market and language.
• Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to mentor/lead a team of Insurance advisors
