Sales Head(Export)-Foundry

Job description

• Manage complete sales and marketing operations for Grey Iron & SG Iron castings across domestic and overseas markets.
• Develop business in target sectors such as Soda Ash, Paper, Tool & Die, Cement, Oil & Gas, and Compressor Industries.
• Handle techno-commercial proposal submissions tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Conduct international market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Generate new enquiries through market research, networking, and existing connections.
• Conduct detailed product presentations and lead technical and commercial discussions with customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
• Eliminate sales obstacles by employing creative, analytical, and adaptive strategies.
• Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the organization and generate leads.
• Maintain up-to-date client databases and ensure systematic follow-up.
• Monitor and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
• Establish long-term relationships with global customers, managing communications and resolving any technical or commercial issues
