Job Description
About the Role:
- Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential sales channels
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and recommend improvement strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and post-sales support
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote brand visibility
- Lead and mentor sales teams (for Regional Manager role) to achieve consistent performance and growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
