Preferred - Candidate should have experience in Chemicals & Buildings .

Paints Industry , Wood Coatings & Wood Finish.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage retail sales operations at our store in Gandhinagar, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective channel management and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand product offerings.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decision making.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in Retail Sales or related field (preferably in wood coatings/finishes).
• Strong understanding of wood finishes/wood coatings products and their applications.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
