Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for urban market.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through primary research, secondary data analysis, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Government Sales, Project Sales, Secondary Sales, Primary Sales, or B2C Sales.
  • Strong understanding of local market trends and competitor activity in the building material industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels within an organization.
