Job Description

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive - International Market with expertise in e-marketing and chemical exports. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end marketing and sales activities, from sourcing materials to successfully closing export deals. This includes crucial tasks such as data generation, customer acquisition, and ensuring timely payment recovery in the international chemical trade.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective e-marketing strategies utilizing platforms like Alibaba, IndiaMART, and SEO.
  • Lead Generation: Generate customer data and identify key contacts through thorough online research.
  • Sourcing & Export: Handle the sourcing, procurement, and merchant exporting of chemicals.
  • Logistics & Costing: Accurately calculate FOB, CIF, and LCL costs and coordinate seamlessly with Customs House Agents (CHA). Proactively identify and onboard new CHAs for optimal rates.
  • Compliance: Maintain all necessary ISO 9000 documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Customer & Payment Management: Manage all customer correspondence and diligently follow up on payments to ensure timely recovery.
  • Deal Closure: Efficiently close export deals while ensuring smooth logistics coordination from order to delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in e-marketing, online lead generation, and export documentation.
  • Experience in chemical marketing or merchant exports is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
