Sales Executive
- The candidate must be a young, dynamic & results driven individual responsible for driving revenue growth and capable of forging strong & positive inter-personal relationships, not just with existing and prospective customers, but also internally with all departments within Bremskerl to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity
- The individual is also needed to have very strong communication skills for the same
- Most importantly, the candidate must be willing to travel tirelessly on the job
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential B2B & B2C customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation & networking skills.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients to prospect for new business.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase the features, benefits & value of our products.
- Showcase exceptional sales service & support skills as a representative of the company towards customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions during and after the development stage of the product.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal finalization, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Provide quotations, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams continuously to check the progress of existing orders.
- Continually maintain and update accurate records of sales activities and sales opportunity pipelines.
- Stay updated with market trends & dynamics and competition awareness to effectively identify new opportunities.
- Must be willing to travel extensively, not just to develop relationships with prospective customers, but also to existing customers to gain repeat business, identify new opportunities and handle claims/ complaints.
- Participate and represent the company at trade exhibitions & other events.
Requirements
- A Masters degree in Business Administration is preferable.
- Willing to consider good candidates with a bachelors degree with a proven experience in sales
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in English and other languages preferable
- Strong willingness to travel extensively
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self motivated, positive and results driven attitude
- Strong persuasion and presentation skills
