Role Overview

As a Sales Executive And Team Lead, youll be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a team of insurance advisors to drive business growth through the agency network. This role demands a proactive approach, local market understanding, and a passion for achieving sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors.
  • Drive sales through effective business planning and goal setting.
  • Motivate and guide advisors to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Sales (BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or any direct sales preferred).
  • Must be a local candidate with at least 3 years of residence in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Strong network and understanding of the local market.
  • Graduate or above in any discipline.
