Job Responsibilities / Accountability

Market Research, New Clientele Development, and Selling:

 Identify upcoming projects.

 Create a database of projects, consultants, EPCs awarded, timelines, etc.

 Devise a client meeting plan based on the list of projects provided.

 Visit clients & consultants to discuss regarding upcoming projects.

 Appraise clients about the product portfolio using presentations and other collateral.

 Update database of projects based on meetings with clients.

 Report to managers to update on clients visited, project status and devise further planning.

 Review enquiries received and brief managers on the same.

 Submit proposals to clients as per the enquiry.

 Follow up enquiries and submit report of offers submitted and their status.

 Attend techno-commercial discussions/negotiations with the clients and close orders.

Branding and Promotions:  Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.

 Assist in preparation of quarterly newsletters and send them to clients.

 Attend promotional events organization participates in.

Projects:

 Handover order details during kick-off meeting and liaise with the project team and clients in case of any concerns during execution.

Qualifications (Basic, Professional & any other desired qualification):

- Graduate in Chemical Engineering (preferred) / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Work Experience (No. of years, Industry & Areas in which person would have worked):

- Preferably 2-5 years of experience in the relevant area of work. Functional Skills:

- Marketing skills.

- Negotiation skills. - Strong communication and IT fluency. - Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations - Attention to detail.
