Sone India is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and converting potential clients through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities.
• Explain products and services to potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate with the technical team for customized client solutions.
• Update CRM/database with customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Production.
• Female candidates only.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of industrial/mechanical products (preferred).
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
