Job Title: Sales Coordinator ( Male)
Location: Savli GIDC, Vadodara

Salary Range: RS 3.00 LPA to RS 4.00 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
* B.Com, M.Com, or any Graduate (Commerce background preferred)
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, customer support, order processing, or commercial back-office roles
* Strong command of MS Office, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong analytical, documentation, and follow-up skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and time efficiency
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Support
* Prepare quotations, price lists, product information sheets, and sales documents as required.
* Support the field sales team with order-related information, customer queries, and product availability updates.
* Track and follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to support sales closures.
Order Processing & Customer Communication
* Process customer purchase orders and ensure timely order entry in the system.
* Communicate order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines to customers.
* Address customer queries regarding pricing, stock status, delivery dates, and documentation.
Internal Coordination
* Coordinate with Production, Planning, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
* Monitor order status, pending dispatches, stock requirements, and escalate issues when required.
* Ensure timely dispatches as per sales commitments.
Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain updated customer records, sales data, order trackers, and documentation as per internal policies.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales performance, order status, and follow-ups.
* Assist in preparing data required for audits, reviews, and internal documentation.
Billing & Follow-up Support
* Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice generation, dispatch documentation, and payment follow-ups.
* Track pending payments and share timely reminders to customers.
