Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate life insurance sales through designated IndusInd Bank branches.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with bank branch personnel.
• Drive business growth via leads and referrals from bank customers.
• Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Provide training and support to bank staff regarding insurance offerings and sales techniques.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and business targets.
• Assist clients with policy applications, required documentation, and policy issuance.
• Deliver exceptional post-sales support and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and insurance industry regulations.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree is preferred.
• Experience in banking or life insurance is advantageous.
• Strong communication, customer relationship management, and sales abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and collaborating with bank branch teams.
• Maximum age limit: 30 years.
