Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Achieving Supply and Demand Metrics:

• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual supply and demand sales targets of the cluster are met.

Lead Generation & Property Acquisition:

• Identify the right channels and sources to acquire properties through inbound and outbound leads.
• Evaluate economic viability of properties, negotiate terms with property partners, and close property deals successfully.

Customer Acquisition & Conversion:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Convert all inquiries into customers via phone and in-person interactions.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:

• Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to make informed decisions for property acquisition and customer conversion.

Brand Building & Marketing:

• Promote Stanza's brand in the designated cluster through offline marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
