Job Description
About the Role:
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth sales operations
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations for clients
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and provide product or service information as needed
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and operations for timely order processing and delivery
- Help track sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management review
- Manage documentation related to orders, invoices, and customer communications
- Assist in organizing sales campaigns, promotional events, and client meetings
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support and service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- 3 to 7 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with sales or distribution teams
- Knowledge of order management and invoicing processes
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
