Job Description

About the Role:

  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth sales operations
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations for clients
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
  • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and provide product or service information as needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and operations for timely order processing and delivery
  • Help track sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management review
  • Manage documentation related to orders, invoices, and customer communications
  • Assist in organizing sales campaigns, promotional events, and client meetings
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support and service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with sales or distribution teams
  • Knowledge of order management and invoicing processes
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
