Sales & Marketing - Lubricant
The Sales & Marketing Manager for Lubricants will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote the company's lubricant products. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive products in the lubricant industry, while driving revenue growth and brand positioning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Sales Strategy & Execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and industrial customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and markets for lubricant products.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product demand for Marketing & Brand Development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, digital campaigns, and sales tools.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and engage with potential clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to adapt marketing strategies.
- Provide customers with technical support and product knowledge to help them select the appropriate lubricants for their needs for Product Knowledge & Technical Support.
- Stay up-to-date with product innovations and market trends in lubricants.
- Train the sales team and distributors on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for Customer Relationship Management.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality after-sales support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to monitor performance and progress for Reporting & Analysis.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales and marketing performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the lubricants or industrial products industry is essential.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the lubricant market and industrial applications is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are vital.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business.
- Technical knowledge of lubricants and their applications in various industries.
- Experience working with international markets.
