Sales & Marketing - Lubricant

The Sales & Marketing Manager for Lubricants will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote the company's lubricant products. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive products in the lubricant industry, while driving revenue growth and brand positioning.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Sales Strategy & Execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and industrial customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and markets for lubricant products.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product demand for Marketing & Brand Development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, digital campaigns, and sales tools.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and engage with potential clients.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to adapt marketing strategies.
  • Provide customers with technical support and product knowledge to help them select the appropriate lubricants for their needs for Product Knowledge & Technical Support.
  • Stay up-to-date with product innovations and market trends in lubricants.
  • Train the sales team and distributors on product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for Customer Relationship Management.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality after-sales support.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to monitor performance and progress for Reporting & Analysis.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales and marketing performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the lubricants or industrial products industry is essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the lubricant market and industrial applications is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are vital.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Technical knowledge of lubricants and their applications in various industries.
  • Experience working with international markets.
