Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Acquisition professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in sales acquisition and a proven track record of success. As a Sales Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in sales acquisition
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Knowledge of the Indian market and business culture
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
