Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve targets for installation and revenue across Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), and Fixed Line services.
  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers while expanding business within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel with consistent pipeline development across all product lines.
  • Gather competitive intelligence to plan strategic sales interventions.
  • Ensure Airtel's CMS and RMS growth through focused account penetration.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all customer needs across product lines.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize business outcomes and close deals efficiently.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct fieldwork as needed to build strong customer engagement and drive business growth.
