Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Achieve targets for installation and revenue across Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), and Fixed Line services.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers while expanding business within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel with consistent pipeline development across all product lines.
- Gather competitive intelligence to plan strategic sales interventions.
- Ensure Airtel's CMS and RMS growth through focused account penetration.
Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for all customer needs across product lines.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize business outcomes and close deals efficiently.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
- Conduct fieldwork as needed to build strong customer engagement and drive business growth.
