Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute individual sales action plans aligned with the company's overall sales strategy
  • Identify, research, and contact potential clients to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Meet sales revenue targets through effective client engagement, proposals, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations, service agreements, and tenders in line with client requirements and within deadlines
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, and convert them into business opportunities
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to materialize sales opportunities and strengthen relationships
  • Track and report sales performance and ensure achievement of budgets and targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Preferably have experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry, especially for textile and consumer products

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA in Marketing preferred
  • Preferred: B.Tech or Diploma in Textile Technology

Additional Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong skills in sales, marketing, business development, and negotiation
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on target achievement and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with consumer product testing and TIC industry standards is an advantage
