SailPoint IdentityNow – ATCI Professional

• Design and define cloud security architecture and frameworks aligned with business and performance requirements

• Implement and document cloud security controls and transition processes to managed cloud security operations

• Configure, customize, and design SailPoint IdentityNow solutions for enterprise IAM requirements

• Integrate SailPoint IdentityNow with platforms such as Active Directory, SAP, Workday, Azure O365, JDBC, and other cloud applications

• Perform onboarding and migration of applications and users into SailPoint environments

• Develop workflows, custom rules, Java BeanShell scripts, and JML configurations for IAM automation

• Customize access requests, QuickLinks, certifications, user lifecycle management, and reporting functionalities

• Troubleshoot integration, deployment, and configuration issues across IAM and cloud systems

• Work closely with delivery teams to resolve technical issues, bugs, and enhancement requests

• Implement auditing, certification, and compliance-related IAM processes

• Support API integrations using SailPoint IIQ APIs and REST APIs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud security posture and IAM governance

• Mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership and knowledge sharing initiatives
