Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA tools.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation processes and workflows.
• Analyze performance data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
• Implement best practices, governance, and standards for automating business processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver effective automation solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging RPA technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on RPA development and implementation practices.
