Core responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide direct medical care, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, admitting new patients, and following up on their conditions. 
• Medical Procedures: Perform routine procedures and assist in medical or emergency situations as needed. 
• Monitoring and Documentation: Monitor patient progress, ensure medications are administered correctly, and maintain accurate patient records. 
• Emergency Response: Respond to and manage medical emergencies to stabilize patients. 
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and specialists, and communicate effectively with patients and their families. 
• Shift Management: Oversee the medical activities and ensure continuity of care during their shift.
