Revit Mechanical Designer

Responsibilities:

• Functions under the oversight and supervision of a Senior Engineer / Lead Designer
• Production of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and specifications for multiple critical facilities projects using Revit software
• Coordination of mechanical, and plumbing designs through a BIM 360 process
• Ensure that drawings are checked, approved, and filed in accordance with company quality syste

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Revit drafting and design within the Consulting / Architectural-Engineering Environment
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit 2018-2020
• Proficiency in Revit including Clash Detection/Resolution
• Exposure to Building Systems Design: Equipment, Ductwork, Piping, Fire Protection, etc. (for Mechanical) / Lighting, Power Distribution, Fire Alarm, etc. (for Electrical)
• Ability to Draft Mechanical and Electrical Building Systems
• Other Non-Technical Attributes as is standard for our India Operations
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Proficiency in Spoken and Written English language
• Ability to be detailed oriented, function in a multi-task environment, follow complex instructions, and meet fast paced deadlines
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
• Ability to work overtime as required to meet client deadlines
