Job description

Retail Sales Management:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective retail channel management.
• Ensure proper stock levels and timely order placements with dealers and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to plan effective sales strategies.

Dealer & Retailer Relationship:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers.
• Resolve dealer issues related to supply, payment, or delivery.
• Conduct regular visits to retail points to ensure brand visibility and engagement.

Market Development:

• Identify and develop new retail outlets to expand market coverage.
• Conduct promotional activities like dealer meets, mason meets, and customer engagement events.
• Support brand awareness and marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
• Address and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery and follow-up for customer satisfaction.
