Retail Branch Banking-All Roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure superior customer service.
• Handle customer queries, transactions, and KYC documentation accurately.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products including CASA, Loans, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Digital Banking.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business and revenue targets.
