The role of a Retail & Sales Operations manager is a senior position responsible for overseeing all
aspects of retail sales operations within an organization. He will report to Retail Head - AVP , Heres an overview of the role:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance operational efficiency across all retail locations.
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
3. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, conduct regular analyses, and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
4. Budgeting and Financial Management: Oversee budgeting processes, manage operational costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
5. Customer Experience Enhancement: Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer experience, ensuring that service standards are consistently met.
6. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Optimize inventory management practices, ensuring that stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimizing excess.
7. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
