Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Monitor and report on resource utilization and performance.
• Identify and resolve resource conflicts and issues promptly.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Provide training and guidance to junior resource managers.
