Job Description
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Provide detailed information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel amenities to potential guests
- Utilize up-selling techniques to maximize room revenue and enhance guest experiences
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are recorded
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any booking-related issues
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions, packages, and local events
- Generate and distribute daily reservation reports to relevant departments
- Assist in managing group bookings and corporate accounts
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry standards in all reservation processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reservation procedures and guest satisfaction metrics
- Proven experience as a Reservation Executive or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong guest-focused personality with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar reservation management systems
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication abilities in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with various reservation software and online booking platforms
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, practices, and trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
