Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Data entry in various platforms

Fresher's as well as candidates with 0 - 2 years' of relevant work experience are welcome

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, organizes, and prioritizes work
