Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for Oracle Retail applications (ReSA / RMS)
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, procedures, and queries
• Participate in testing activities and defect resolution
• Handle production/support tickets and troubleshoot issues
• Work on Unix/Linux environments for scripting and support tasks
• Assist in automation and scripting activities where required
• Collaborate with team members for issue resolution and enhancements
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and support requests
