Requirement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and document requirements lifecycle for automotive embedded projects.
• Collaborate with customers, product owners, and engineering teams to gather and validate requirements.
• Establish traceability of requirements through design, development, and testing phases.
• Ensure requirement changes are evaluated and approved through a controlled process.
• Drive requirement reviews, workshops, and approval meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in requirement management for embedded automotive products.
• Expertise with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO 26262 is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project delivery environment.
