Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Comprehensive Ownership and Accountability - Assume complete responsibility for the lifecycle of releases and programs, encompassing product definition, prototyping, development, continuous integration, testing, production release, and post-release assessment, while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality from inception through to launch.
- Strategic Development and Implementation – Create and execute strategic forecasts and plans, establishing clear milestones to ensure releases and programs remain on schedule.
- Leadership and Cross-Functional Team Collaboration – Guide multi-functional and cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders and influencing team dynamics without direct authority to accomplish shared objectives.
- Customer-Focused Product Delivery – Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure solutions and releases effectively meet customer requirements.
- Risk Management and Resolution – Proactively identify, evaluate, prioritize, and address program risks that could affect delivery commitments.
- Quality Assurance, Productivity, and Continuous Enhancement – Guarantee that each release and program adheres to the highest standards of quality, productivity, efficiency, and reliability. Initiate continuous and measurable improvements to ensure each release surpasses the last.
- Effective Communication and Stakeholder Engagement – Provide regular, clear, and actionable updates to stakeholders and all organizational levels regarding release/program details, progress, risks, and resolutions.
- Compliance with Standards – Ensure adherence to corporate, environmental, and legislative requirements, including safety and cybersecurity protocols.
- Post-Release/Program Assessment – Conduct evaluations following releases/programs to determine successes and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Qualifications Required for This Role:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in computer engineering or a related engineering discipline, paired with 8-12 years of project management experience in embedded product development.
- PMP certification along with Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in leading intricate product development programs within a global context.
- Hands-on experience in Electronics Hardware/Embedded Software development is advantageous.
- A solid background in project management specifically in embedded product development is essential for this position.
- Proven capability to plan/manage budgets, resources, work activities, and risks/mitigations in New Product Development (NPD) projects.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with adaptability to cross-cultural environments.
- Exemplary time management and multi-tasking skills are necessary.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is required.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities, with the confidence to collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
