Roles and Responsibilities Sourcing Customers:> Responsible for sourcing target customers (Mortgage) in the branch catchment area. Disbursement> Coordinating with Risk Team for PD, facilitating additional documents/information if any.Collection:> Ensuring timely repayment from the customers

• Excellent ability to speak, read and write in ' Hindi'
• Interest and Good understanding - Local Business around the branch locations.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Individual should own a bike & Driving License ( for safety Measures ) .
