Job Description

  • To sell Life insurance products through the assigned Bank branches by building long term relationship with the bank.
  • Building Relationship and Motivate branch staff to help generate leads.
  • Providing complete policy details and after sales services to clients.
  • Drive Life Insurance sales through assigned bank branches and consistently achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff to generate quality leads.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions through effective financial need analysis.
  • Ensure timely lead follow-up, policy closure, and seamless customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct branch activation activities and product training sessions to enhance insurance penetration and business growth.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Agency, Direct Channel, or Insurance Sales.
  • Strong understanding of Life Insurance products and sales processes.
  • Experience in relationship management and lead generation through bank partnerships.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Graduation in any discipline with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
