Job Description

  • Acquire, grow, and retain profitable Retail Banking customers while meeting agreed financial and non-financial targets
  • Contribute to team targets and overall portfolio return
  • Build effective partnerships with RMs, team leaders, CDD, risk, compliance, and product teams
  • Identify prospects and convert them into clients within risk appetite
  • Formulate client-centric account plans, structure credit facilities, and execute transactions
  • Maintain a strong portfolio of active and growing customer relationships

Processes:

  • Drive continuous process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards
  • Conduct timely and accurate customer due diligence (CDD) reviews
  • Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and CDD procedures
  • Handle customer issues, complaints, and queries in a timely manner

People & Talent:

Risk Management:

  • Manage risks in line with the Group's risk appetite and ensure prompt issue resolution
