Job Description
- Acquire, grow, and retain profitable Retail Banking customers while meeting agreed financial and non-financial targets
- Contribute to team targets and overall portfolio return
- Build effective partnerships with RMs, team leaders, CDD, risk, compliance, and product teams
- Identify prospects and convert them into clients within risk appetite
- Formulate client-centric account plans, structure credit facilities, and execute transactions
- Maintain a strong portfolio of active and growing customer relationships
Processes:
- Drive continuous process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards
- Conduct timely and accurate customer due diligence (CDD) reviews
- Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and CDD procedures
- Handle customer issues, complaints, and queries in a timely manner
People & Talent:
- Embed Group values and Code of Conduct in team culture and actions
Risk Management:
- Manage risks in line with the Group's risk appetite and ensure prompt issue resolution
- Adhere to AML, ESRM, and sanctions policies
- Promote high ethical standards and compliance culture
