Job Description

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and onboard potential clients through cold calling, references, and market outreach.
  • Networking:
  • Build and leverage a strong referral network to generate new business.
  • Client Meetings:
  • Conduct online/offline meetings to understand client needs and recommend suitable investment products and schemes.
  • Client Advisory:
  • Offer tailored financial solutions that align with client goals and maximize returns.
  • Retention & Growth:
  • Ensure consistent client engagement, annual client acquisition targets, and relationship management.
  • Professional Development:
  • Stay updated on market trends by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and engaging with professional communities.
  • Fieldwork:
  • Actively participate in on-ground sales activities and client interactions.

Experience:

Preferred: Mutual Fund Distribution, RM with Banks, Corporate Agency Sales, Wealth Management, insurance RMs, brokers or sub-broker working individually with insurance companies,

-Minimum: 2-5 years in financial product sales/distribution

Skills Required:

  • Strong market network and prospecting skills, tech savvy, and a people person.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, hard-worker, and team player.

Certifications: NISM VA, Insurance IC 38 or POS, willingness to complete upon joining
