Job Description
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and onboard potential clients through cold calling, references, and market outreach.
- Networking:
- Build and leverage a strong referral network to generate new business.
- Client Meetings:
- Conduct online/offline meetings to understand client needs and recommend suitable investment products and schemes.
- Client Advisory:
- Offer tailored financial solutions that align with client goals and maximize returns.
- Retention & Growth:
- Ensure consistent client engagement, annual client acquisition targets, and relationship management.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated on market trends by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and engaging with professional communities.
- Fieldwork:
- Actively participate in on-ground sales activities and client interactions.
Experience:
Preferred: Mutual Fund Distribution, RM with Banks, Corporate Agency Sales, Wealth Management, insurance RMs, brokers or sub-broker working individually with insurance companies,
-Minimum: 2-5 years in financial product sales/distribution
Skills Required:
- Strong market network and prospecting skills, tech savvy, and a people person.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, hard-worker, and team player.
Certifications: NISM VA, Insurance IC 38 or POS, willingness to complete upon joining
