Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relationship Management:

  • Nurture and manage long-term relationships with existing family office investors. Act as a trusted point of contact for ongoing communication, updates, and investment support.

Investor Acquisition & Marketing:

  • Identify and approach new family offices and UHNWIs to join our investor base. Craft and execute strategies to expand investor outreach through events, direct engagement, and strategic networking.

Strategic Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop investor presentations, pitch decks, and regular communication materials that align with AIFs value proposition and investment strategy.

Event Management:

  • Plan and coordinate investor meetings, roundtables, and private events tailored to family office investors.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, family office dynamics, and competitive landscape to continuously refine the investor engagement strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or working with family offices.
  • Strong network within the family office and HNI/UHNI investor ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with sophisticated investors.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and execution-driven approach.
